The Stirling City Centre Involvement Strategy revolves around what we call the ‘four pillars of involvement’.

• Communications raise awareness of the project and strengthen the other pillars.
• Relationships build trust and increase the capacity of all involved. We strive to create strong relationships with anyone interested in the project.
• Engagement allows the Community to voice their ideas; the Community, Stakeholders and the Alliance engage in a two-way dialogue that provides meaningful input into the project.
